Store Policies

Our policy allows for returns on clothing and accessories up to 14 days from the original purchase date for in-store credit only.

Limited edition prints and posters are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All sale items are FINAL SALE purchase and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

Status Serigraph does not accept returns from online purchases without prior written approval from our staff. All returns must be authorized. Use the contact page, reply to your confirmation email, or call the shop for approval.

Status Serigraph is not responsible for the cost of shipping on returned items unless the order was incorrect on our behalf.

International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due the unpredictable nature of local and international customs.

All returns or exchanges require receipt or proof of purchase.

How long will my order take to ship?

All orders ask to allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Most of the time we get items out much faster but sometimes we have an influx of orders come in all at once and the process will take a little longer.

Can I cancel my order?

If you are ordering clothing or accessories you may cancel your order if it has not been packaged yet. There is a $5 restocking fee for any cancelled orders. ALL limited edition items such as prints, are FINAL SALE and will not be cancelled and no returns or exchanges will be honored.

 

What if I have problem with my order?

If we have shipped your order and there is a problem with what you received please let us know. If it is by fault of ours, we will make it right. If you have a package that was marked as "Delivered" by the postal service, but you did not receive it, you will have to take it up with the Postal Service. Due to scammers we are no longer sending replacements if something has been marked as "Delivered". If you are wondering where an order is, check the tracking provided or contact your local post office, we have no other source of knowing where a package is once it leaves the shop than the tracking provided.

Can I change my address if it was input incorrectly in my order?

Yes if you find that you inout your shipping address incorrectly you may reach out to us and we can fix that. Use the contact page, reply to your confirmation email, or call the shop for help.

 

Will a poster be reprinted if it's sold out on your website?

Not likely, most of the posters we sell are limited-edition and will not be reprinted after they sell out. Our agreements with the bands limi us on how many we can sell so we stick to those agreements.

 

Due to the hand made nature of the product, there may be slight inconsistencies, this is just the nature of the hand printing process and not considered to be a flaw. We will not be refunding purchases for prints with slight ink scuffs, light scratches, misregistration, or inconsistent colors. 

 

We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent orders.
