Incredibly excited to share my tribute to one of the most important musicians of the 20th Century, Miles Davis.
Today marks Miles Davis' 100th birthday. One of the most innovative and influential figures in jazz and one who transformed the landscape of the genre.
This illustration is meant to depict Miles in a moving shifting scene. Like his sonic exploration, the shifts in color, pattern, and direction are meant to mimic his approach to music.
To celebrate MD100 this officially licensed print will be available in a very limited edition of 100 respectively. 18x24 in size. 100 regular paper versions and 100 holographic foil versions.
